| Position:
Customer Service Representative |
Responsibilities:
- Providing
customers and the company's sales staff with service and technical
assistance.
- Serving
as a liaison between the customer, sales and the division to ensure
the timely and accurate production of the customer's product.
- Reviewing
the contract and customer requirements to ensure that they adhere
to the division's capabilities and, when necessary, providing
production alternatives.
- Working
with a team to plan, schedule, direct and coordinate the production
of assigned jobs.
- Producing
job instructions for the manufacturing areas.
- Coordinating
and monitoring all phases of the manufacture and distribution
of the customer's product.
- Maintaining
positive working relationships with the customer, sales and manufacturing.
- Qualifications:
- A
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts or business or equivalent work
experience.
- Previous
customer service experience.
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills.
- A
working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingual
capabilities (desired).
- A
demonstrated ability to adapt to change and to work in a fast
paced work environment.
- A
demonstrated ability to maintain strong, positive working relationships
with customers, sales, manufacturing teams and other customer
service team member
